About the Team & Business Line

Your Role:
- Conduct reconciliation of all bank and securities statement activities to internal records for each of the 6 Banks within the division, carrying out intraday checks to ensure all reconciliation processes are completed within strict deadlines.
- Perform initial investigations on unreconciled items and report all unsolved cases to the relevant Operational teams in a timely manner.
- Perform FATF investigations for AML compliance and conduct quarterly control activities with various correspondents.
- Assist management with SOC1 testing and monthly KPI reporting, working closely with management on concerns and issues as they arise in daily operations.
- Manage and control all cases opened, dealing with queries from internal departments and third parties as they arise.
- Monitor and control the central group email boxes and assist in generating and controlling multiple daily and weekly reports.
- Support training of new team members on different Cash Reconciliation tasks and be actively involved in user acceptance testing on system outputs across Corona, Equation, and T24.
- Any other tasks as they arise, ensuring full operational support and contribution to the team's objectives.
About you:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking and trustworthy individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring reliability and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines, maintaining a high standard of output under pressure.
- Ability to escalate issues effectively to Management in a timely and professional manner.
- IT literate with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- Working knowledge of SWIFT and banking/reconciliation systems would be an advantage.
