We are looking for a challenger seeker - Recruitment Consultant for IT field to join our Baltic Team in Vilnius!

This is a 360° consultant role, where responsibilities include not only managing the entire recruitment process, but also active communication with clients and consulting on services. We are looking for someone who is able to both find the most suitable talents and build partnerships with businesses.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT specialization: from client needs analysis to whole candidate selection process
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Create value for clients by offering tailored, individual recruitment solutions
- Monitor labor market trends and contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies.
Please apply if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in active recruitment (agency experience is an advantage)
- Have hands-on experience with candidate attraction – not only managing incoming applications
- Are fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Are proactive, well-organized and able to manage your own priorities.
We are ready to offer:
- Competitive salary: EUR 3,000–4,500 gross, based on your experience from the day one
- Performance bonus from your very first placement – our consultants currently earn anywhere from EUR 120 to EUR 1,500+ per month on top of their base salary
