This is a 360° consultant role, where responsibilities include not only managing the entire recruitment process, but also active communication with clients and consulting on services. We are looking for someone who is able to both find the most suitable talents and build partnerships with businesses.

Your responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from client needs analysis to whole candidate selection process
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Create value for clients by offering tailored, individual recruitment solutions
- Monitor labour market trends and contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment strategies
You will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales experience would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written)
- Great communication skills, result orientation
- Initiative, responsibility and ability to independently manage your working day
- Business-oriented mindset, to grow together with a professional team in an international environment
