About job position:
The Consumer Collecting Specialist is responsible for leading the Student Marketeer program nationally, which aims to grow our user base and strengthen brand love among our target group. The Consumer Collecting Specialist recruits, leads & retains a casual workforce of energetic and passionate brand ambassadors. This includes coaching our Student Marketeers out in the field on how to ensure quality consumer & customer interactions. On top of that Consumer Collecting Specialist is responsible for leading both 3rd party supported events program and Red Bull event car program in Lithuania.
The Consumer Collecting Specialist is constantly out "in the field" to make things happen, this is not an "office" job.

Key responsibility:
Lead Exceptional Execution of the Student Marketing Program:
- Guide and support Student Marketeers to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness, foster a positive product and brand perception with consumers.
- Support Student Marketeers with clear expectations, resources, and guidelines for achieving best practice.
- Provide clear frameworks that allow Student Marketeers to effectively plan and deliver a localized bottom-up campus plan to infuse Red Bull into student lifestyle during key moments.
- Develop and implement an innovative program of exciting brand activity such as events, hacks & campaigns that will maintain Red Bull as a credible and relevant
Strategic Development of the Program & Marketing Innovation:
- Develop and deliver an innovative and relevant business plan which complements the marketing priorities of the country, while considering the opportunities & needs of university students and key cities.
- Steer the direction of the program throughout the year by reviewing data and insights on a regular basis. -Regularly assess and analyze the programs, identifying opportunities to improve processes and excite consumers and students.
Project Support & Efficiency:
- Support national sports and culture manager in specific projects.
- Assist the sports team in in- and out-office affairs and tasks of all kinds without any specification on “low priority activities” (e.g. 3rd party events only).
- Support national event manager in organising events by taking over defined parts of bigger projects and realising Small Fires on his/her own.
- Organisation of an efficient event vehicle programme. Select a suitable car-model. Select and supervise a suitable event vehicle driver. Design and supervise the programme in regards to all legal and financial boundaries.

- Knowledge about Lithuania universities landscape & student life.
- Event & Project Management skills.

- Creative, innovative and open-minded.
- An understanding/specialist knowledge/experience of sport performance.
