Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Director who can drive business results through teams, data-driven decision-making, and effective commercial strategies.
Main responsibilities:

- Lead an international sales team: set goals, manage performance, and develop team capabilities
- Analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Define annual targets, budgets, and KPIs, and ensure their successful execution
- Monitor performance, conduct analysis, and make data-driven decisions
- Oversee sales operations across multiple countries/regions and ensure consistent growth
- Collaborate with inventory management, marketing, supply chain, and product teams
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience in sales
- International experience working across multiple markets
- Experience managing multi-country/regional teams and partner networks
- Experience in retail (resale business model is a strong advantage)
- Experience in a competitive environment with a similar business model
- Proven experience managing sales through teams (not individual contribution)
- Experience managing a multi-site retail network
- Ability to work with data, planning, and forecasting
- Strong understanding and practical application of KPIs
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
