Compile/verify accuracy of source information;

Prepare source data and perform electronic filings in the systems, adhering to internal procedures;

Learn how to prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations;

Update and maintain systems information;

Comply with regulatory guidelines and data integrity policies;

Assist with internal queries and mailbox management;

Report to Officer/Senior Officer/Management on information requests, progress and issues;

Assist with ad-hoc projects from time to time. 

Degree in computers, business, finance or economics would be an advantage.

No prior experience required – we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow;

Ability to understand and interpret regulatory guidelines;

Knowledge of MS Office applications.

You will work within the regulatory reporting team, supporting Officer and Senior Officer colleagues;

Ability to quickly absorb information and utilise provided guidance materials;

Curious, motivated and enthusiastic about learning new skills;

Capable of working with tight deadlines when required, multitask and prioritise workflow;

Fluency in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage;
