What you will be doing
- Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing corporate clients;
- Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate customers;
- Identifying financing opportunities and proposing suitable lending solutions;
- Analyzing companies' financial performance, business models, and cash flows;
- Preparing and presenting financing proposals to Credit Committees;
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and helping them find the best solutions for their business needs;
- Contributing ideas for improving products, processes, and customer experience.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience working with corporate clients in a bank or financial institution;
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and business lending;
- Experience in financial analysis and assessment of companies' financial performance;
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and communicate confidently with decision-makers;
- Proactive mindset and strong motivation to achieve results;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- University degree in finance, economics, business administration, management or a related field;
- Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

- Fixed salary 4200 EUR (brutto). The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies;
- Quarterly performance bonus based on achieved results, with a target payout of 80% of the monthly salary;
