Revenue & AR Controller | Baltic States

Are you a finance professional who thrives on data accuracy and system efficiency? We are looking for a Revenue & AR Controller to oversee our financial operations across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
Your mission will be to synchronize our travel booking data with our financial records and ensure a seamless flow of funds across the Baltic region.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Integrity: Oversee the reconciliation between our reservation system and the accounting ledger.
Payments Control: Manage automated and manual tracking of customer deposits and final balances to ensure no booking goes unpaid, ensure consistent AR processes and revenue recognition policies.
System Integration Management: Oversee and audit the automated data flow between our reservation system and accounting ERP. You will be the "bridge" ensuring no booking is lost in translation.
Bank & Payment Gateway Integration: Manage the integration of bank statements and payment providers for automated payment matching and reconciliation.
Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly/weekly revenue and cashflow forecasts, variance analyses, providing insights into cash flow trends and risks. Other reports for internal and external users.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to automate manual reconciliation tasks and enhance credit control procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ in finance, accounting, or audit (specifically focused on AR or Revenue Control)
Tech-Savvy: You are an Excel Power User (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends) and have experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (ex Navision)
Detail-Oriented: You have an "eagle eye" for identifying missing payments or pricing errors in high-volume data.
Analytical Mindset: You have a "detective" mindset—you spot discrepancies before they become problems.
