We are seeking a reliable and organized Roadside Assistance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating roadside assistance services, communicating with drivers, arranging repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime for company vehicles and equipment.
The successful candidate must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Receive and manage incoming calls from drivers regarding roadside breakdowns and emergency situations.
- Provide immediate assistance and support to drivers during roadside incidents.
- Coordinate towing services, mobile mechanics, tire services, and emergency repairs.
- Search for and communicate with repair shops, service centers, and dealerships.
- Organize and schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
- Maintain communication with drivers throughout the repair process and provide status updates.
- Communicate with dealerships regarding warranties, diagnostics, repair approvals, and parts availability.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, invoices, and service documentation.
- Work closely with dispatch, maintenance, and operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure all roadside assistance activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in emergency situations.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of trucks, trailers, maintenance, and repair processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
