Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the development of our business in the German market and act as a key liaison for the Country Manager Germany, who is based in Germany. This is a new role with great opportunities for professional growth and involvement in developing new processes.
- Support the development of our business in the German market.
- Conduct product and market research and identify new opportunities.
- Assist with portfolio management, pricing, and sales analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and efficient order processing.
- Monitor sales trends and support forecasting activities.
- Support customer relationship management and return processes.
- Provide day to day support to the Country Manager Germany.
- Availability and willingness to travel to Germany regularly.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German (advantage).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports, and digital tools and advanced computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Confidence in decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow.
