Sales Assistant (Germany market)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the development of our business in the German market and act as a key liaison for the Country Manager Germany, who is based in Germany. This is a new role with great opportunities for professional growth and involvement in developing new processes.

Support the development of our business in the German market.
Conduct product and market research and identify new opportunities.
Assist with portfolio management, pricing, and sales analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and efficient order processing.
Monitor sales trends and support forecasting activities.
Support customer relationship management and return processes.
Provide day to day support to the Country Manager Germany.
Availability and willingness to travel to Germany regularly.

Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Pharmaceutical experience or knowledge is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian; German (advantage).
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, reports, and digital tools and advanced computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Strong communication with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
Confidence in decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow.
