Our activities include not only trade, but also warehousing, logistics, and intermediary services in car auctions. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Development Manager who will be responsible for new client acquisition and sales development in Europe.
Reponsibilities
· Strategic sales development planning and market analysis in the assigned territory;
· Active sales via phone, email, and other remote channels, as well as through in-person visits;
· Increasing the number of active clients and handing over loyal clients to the Key Account Manager;
· Client data management and high-quality input to CRM;
· Achieving sales targets and predefined performance indicators (KPIs);
· Representing the company at client events, meetings, and negotiations.

Requirements
· Higher education in business, management, economics, or a related field;
· At least 2 years of experience in active sales or business development roles (preferably in export or auto parts industry);
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong results-oriented mindset;
· Knowledge of CRM and other business management systems;
· Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration abilities, and negotiation experience;
· Good command of English (spoken and written), additional foreign languages would be an advantage;
· Valid B category driver's license;
· Willingness and ability to travel for business within Lithuania and abroad (~20% of working time).
