Job description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Central & Eastern Europe
- Build strong, long-term relationships with travel agents and tour operators
- Create and manage daily outreach and follow-up schedules
- Conduct regular business trips to represent Hotelston at local and global tourism fairs and conferences
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through back-office tools
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in at least one CEE language: German, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, etc (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with computers and CRM tools
- Well-organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Based in Vilnius (or within 100km radius) (mandatory)
