Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans while conducting market analysis within the assigned territory
  • Drive active sales through phone, email, remote channels, and in-person client meetings
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio while expanding existing partnerships
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing using a consultative, solution-oriented approach
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust, value, and high-quality service
  • Achieve sales targets and predefined key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a proactive sales or business development role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A passion for overcoming challenges and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Availability for business travel.
