Work from home - UAB „Manpower Lit“

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with assigned customers in Lithuania – Modern Trade companies (DIY stores).
  • Visiting customers, advising on the best options for positioning tools, understanding the current needs of the end customer.
  • Developing plans for customer retention and growth.
  • Ensuring product knowledge and effective merchandising.
  • Supporting and monitoring distributor promotional activities.
  • And more tasks necessary to ensure the growth of the company in a region.

What we expect from you:

  • Motivation, desire to succeed and interest in working in a technical industry.
  • Similar experience in a sales position.
  • Willingness to learn, results and customer oriented personality.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English.
  • Driving license B.
