Join Swisslog as an SAP EWM Consultant and help customers transform warehouse operations through innovative SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions. You will work closely with customers, project teams and stakeholders to design, implement and optimize warehouse processes that support business goals and automation strategies.

In this role, you will contribute across the full project lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of SAP EWM and its integration with ERP and warehouse automation environments.

• Analyze customer business requirements and warehouse processes to develop effective SAP EWM solutions.
  
• Design SAP EWM process flows and conduct fit-gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Prepare functional specifications and maintain clear solution documentation.
  
• Configure SAP EWM functionalities across inbound, outbound, inventory and internal warehouse processes.
  
• Support development teams with functional requirements, testing scenarios and issue resolution.
  
• Coordinate integrations between SAP EWM, SAP ERP/S/4HANA, automation systems, MFS, PLCs and third-party applications.
  
• Participate in all project phases from pre-sales through go-live and hypercare support.
  
• Lead customer workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  
• Execute integration testing and user acceptance testing activities.
  
• Provide expert consulting on warehouse management and logistics processes.
  
• Train key users and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
  
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, proposal development and continuous improvement activities.

You are an analytical and customer-focused SAP EWM professional who enjoys solving complex logistics challenges and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

• University degree in information systems, logistics or a comparable field of study.
  
• English language skills, both written and spoken.
  
• 3 to 8+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
  
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.
  
• Experience in warehouse process design and optimisation.
  
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Knowledge of SAP EWM configuration, process design and testing methodologies.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
  

Desireable:

• Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation or robotics environments.
  
• Experience with SAP EWM MFS.
  
• Experience within a system integrator or consulting organisation.
  
• International project experience and customer-facing consulting assignments.
  
• German language skills and/or additional language capabilities.
