We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our international team. In this role, you will take care of day-to-day accounting activities and help ensure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately. You will work closely with the Chief Accountant and colleagues across the firm, support financial reporting and audits, and help improve our accounting processes and tools.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day accounting cycle, including processing purchase and sales invoices and ensuring accurate and timely accounting records.
- Record daily accounting transactions and review supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements, working closely with the Chief Accountant and supporting the audit process.
- Prepare statistical and other regulatory reports accurately and within deadlines.
- Be a reliable point of contact for employees on day-to-day accounting-related questions, helping colleagues navigate processes and resolve issues.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax legislation.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
- Good planning and prioritisation skills.
- An interest in improving processes and using modern tools and technologies.
- Experience with HANSA accounting system would be an advantage.
