Who we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, including working directly with Lithuanian tax declarations and preparing financial statements;
- Proficient in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) and have a strong command of English (B2 level);
- Educational background in economics, finance, or accounting;
- Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to learn and work with new accounting and ERP systems;
- Independence and the ability to work in a less structured environment;
- High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail, with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the accounting field.
Your future role
- Provide accounting services to both Lithuanian and international companies;
- Prepare financial and tax reports in accordance with Lithuanian legislation;
- Use your skills and smart tools to deliver daily support to clients in finance and accounting;
- Expand your expertise by gaining hands-on experience in payroll administration, tax compliance, and related financial services.
