Axioma Metering, an international manufacturer of smart water and heat metering solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications.
We are entering a major business and IT transformation: migrating our existing Business Central ERP from on-premises to the cloud, modernizing integrations between ERP, CRM, manufacturing and other enterprise systems.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on business analysis and product ownership with leadership of strategic IT transformation initiatives.

We are entering a major business and IT transformation: migrating our existing Business Central ERP from on-premises to the cloud, modernizing integrations between ERP, CRM, manufacturing and other enterprise systems.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on business analysis and product ownership with leadership of strategic IT transformation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Business Analysis
- Own the functional roadmap and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Manage and prioritize change requests, improvements, and application development backlogs.
- Align requirements, processes, and integration needs with Product Owners of manufacturing, order management, and other connected solutions.
Application Support & Vendor Management
- Coordinate application support, maintenance, and development activities with external implementation partners.
- Manage incident escalations, change requests, vendor deliverables, and service quality.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, releases, and deployment of enhancements.
- Act as the key link between business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
ERP Transformation & International Expansion
- Lead the functional workstream of migration from Business Central on-premises to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.
- Coordinate the implementation and rollout of Business Central for a new manufacturing plant in another EU country.
- Work with implementation partners on business process harmonization, country-specific localization, data migration, integration, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Help establish a scalable, integrated ERP landscape supporting multi-plant operations.

Salary
From 5000 to 6000 €/month gross
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP consulting, application management, or Product Ownership.
- Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Understanding of CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Solid knowledge of business processes across sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, managing requirements, and coordinating software implementation partners.
- Ability to manage competing business priorities, take ownership of outcomes, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills.
Important advantages:
- Experience with Business Central SaaS migrations, implementations, or international rollouts.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 SaaS specifics, integrations, data analytics.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and integration between ERP and MES systems.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
