Join KPMG and:
- Play an active role in local and international financial due diligence, valuations, M&A and other projects.
- Work closely with your team to support clients through confidential buy-side and sell-side transaction processes.
- Analyze financial performance, cash flow generation, and balance sheet movements to identify value drivers and evaluate the quality and sustainability of earnings.
- Identify potential risks that may impact pricing, deal structure, or negotiation strategy.
- Analyze complex financial reporting matters and accounting standards in detail to understand underlying issues and help finding best-fitting solutions to our clients.
- Conduct market and industry research and assist in preparing proposals, pitch materials, and other client deliverables.
- Take responsibility for assigned areas of work and deadlines, delivering high-quality outputs under guidance of senior team members.
We expect:
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in financial due diligence, business valuation, business analysis, reporting, accounting, financial auditing, or other related areas.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- A strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACCA / CFA or equivalent experience (or being in the process of obtaining such), would be considered an advantage.
