Job description
What you’ll do:
Please note that the position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

- Support customer, pricing, vendor, and operational data maintenance in ERP systems.
- Assist with pricing administration, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and other day-to-day operational activities.
- Support purchasing, invoice processing, payment-related tasks, and other finance operations processes.
- Help investigate and resolve customer, vendor, invoice, and payment-related queries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth business operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and follow established company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new ways of working.
Please note that the position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), or a similar operational role.
- Experience working with ERP systems. It would be an advantage if you've worked with SAP or MS Dynamics.
- Good English language skills (B2 level or higher). Swedish or Finnish language skills would be beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and knowledge of VAT, Intrastat, Customs, or SOX controls would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and improve processes.
