Senior Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join and lead our IT Team creating innovative logistics software used by GP Transco and customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and developing software applications in line with user requirements and established development standards.
  
• Evaluating the feasibility of solutions within defined time, scope and cost constraints.
  
• Enhancing and maintaining existing software by fixing bugs, improving performance, and addressing technical debt.
  
• Building the technical implementation of AI-driven features and architecture of the system
  
• Collaborating closely with PM, clients and team members to ensure user needs are clearly understood and effectively addressed
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Solid hands-on experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions.
  
• Proven experience working with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks (ActiveRecord).
  
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS (sass, less, Tailwind).
  
• Deep understanding and experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations
  
• Experience with React/ React native will be an advantage.
  
• Experience working with AI/ML solutions, including but not limited to LLM-based modules integrations, intelligent automation, and voice agent capabilities
  
• Teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
