Senior Sales Operations Specialist

Your job:

• Complete tasks as per pre-agreed instructions or make decisions based on your knowledge of Festo's business​
• Collaborate and communicate with Festo colleagues in Lithuania and other European countries​
• Ensure high quality execution of your tasks​
• Continuously monitor department processes, KPIs, and customer needs, and suggest ways to improve internal processes​
• Show eagerness to learn new tasks and offering support in services where it is most needed

Your qualification:​

• Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in business support​
• English language skills in speaking, writing, and reading are required​
• Effective communication skills​
• Time management skills are necessary for planning and prioritizing tasks​
• Strong orientation to process, good analytical skills​
• Willingness to support our business partners
