Responsibilities:
- co-ordinating construction processes on site and ensuring the smooth execution of works from start to finish;
- supervising staff on construction sites; organising works and materials on ongoing construction sites;
- Planning the work schedule and ensuring the site is completed on time; preparing and managing technical documentation;
- liaising with other subcontractors and clients.
- Management of an assigned large-scale modular construction project.
- On-site team management: managing and planning our own staff as required, as well as coordinating the staff of our installation partner.
- Deadline and quality control: ensuring that installation works are completed on time using a standardised cyclical method on site, continuous monitoring of construction quality, and the management of ‘as-built’ construction documentation (construction logs, acceptance reports).
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture;
- At least 3-5 years experience in the management of construction site;
- Certificate as a supervisor of construction works would be a big advantage;
- Fluent English proficiency (all the communication would be in english, good German and Lithuanian is a plus;
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Teams, MS Excel etc).

Salary and additional benefits: an attractive gross annual salary of approximately 50,000–60,000 € per year (depending on qualifications), performance-based bonuses, and state-of-the-art mobile IT equipment.
