Job description
We are looking for an experienced Steel Structure Supervisor / Foreman for industrial construction projects in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
The work involves installation of steel frame structures, precast concrete elements, shaft walls, sandwich panels and load-bearing profiled sheet roofs.
Main responsibilities:
Supervising subcontracted installation teams on site (10-20 people)
Organising and coordinating daily installation works
Monitoring work progress, productivity and quality
Ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and project requirements
Ensuring quality and work management in accordance with EN 1090
Reporting progress and site issues to project management

Requirements
Experience in steel structure installation
Previous experience as Site Supervisor, Foreman or similar
Ability to read technical and structural drawings
Ability to organise and supervise installation teams
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good working English
Knowledge of EN 1090 is an advantage
Willingness to work on projects in Nordic countries
