You’ll work alongside experienced leaders and specialists who value open communication, innovation, and teamwork. Together, we support customers across multiple markets, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. Particularly as a Customer Care Supervisor you’ll lead a back-office operations team dedicated to helping patients and families in Germany access Dexcom’s continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) products.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
  
• Informal management/ team lead experience .
  

Flex Workplace:

· Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,953.75 to €3,648.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
