Job description:
- Maintain and administer Linux-based infrastructure (VMs and physical servers);
- Own infrastructure reliability end-to-end — from provisioning and deployment to monitoring and incident resolution;
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code principles;
- Operate and improve Kubernetes environments for production and internal services;
- Collaborate with development teams and improve release, deployment, rollback, and change-management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership mindset: you don’t just operate systems — you improve them. Challenge solutions and propose better ones;
- Experience managing virtual machines in large-scale environments;
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform and/or Ansible);
- Understanding networking and infrastructure security knowledge.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and automated deployments;
- Experience working with physical servers and hardware infrastructure;
- Experience with cloud and hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Hetzner, Cloudflare;)
- Linux system administration experience in production environments;
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, PagerDuty);
- Scripting or programming skills (Bash, Python, Go);
- Experience working in a DevOps / SRE environment and participating in on-call rotations;
- Relevant certifications (Kubernetes, Cloud, Linux, Security).
