WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and customer needs, thereby translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- Identify and prioritize product features based on business objectives, technical feasibility, and customer impact, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
- Shape an AI suite at the product level. Find trade - offs between price, costs and business value.
- Own Microsoft licensing pricing and support the preparation of tailored proposals for clients.
- Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP periodic updates and changes, ensuring system integrity and business continuity using Agile - based ways of working.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather customer feedback to iterate on product features and therefore drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, analyst and product owners to gather requirements, so as to prioritize features and drive product development initiatives.
- Partner with marketing team to develop go to market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials in order to drive product adoption and growth.
- Participate in pre-sales and sales activities by product demonstrations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements that a Technical Product Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365/LS Central) should know related to Dynamics technology, and competitive offerings so as to maintain product leadership and innovation.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics products, providing guidance, training, and support to internal teams, partners, and customers.
WHAT THEY EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 2 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV, LS Central or other ERP solutions) in business analyst, system analyst or consulting role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow into a product-focused role
- Understanding of ERP cloud solutions (an advantage)
- Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and licensing (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (business users, consultants, developers, partners, marketing)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for solutions
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

The team comprises over 55 professionals, including Product Managers, System Analysts, and Developers. ERP team works with products such as systems: MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central and LS NAV/LS Central.
