Grafton Recruitment is expanding its engineering and technical recruitment practice in Lithuania and is looking for a Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Vilnius.

You will be responsible for more than standard CV screening — we expect you to do an active search, having a market understanding, creating a candidate engagement within a consultative approach.
We will trust you to:
- manage the full recruitment process for engineering, technical, manufacturing and construction roles
- actively search for candidates using databases and other candidate sourcing channels
- conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation and fit for the role
- collaborate with clients and hiring managers, helping to clarify target profiles and market expectations
- prepare candidate presentations for clients
- contribute to talent market analysis, salary insights and candidate attraction strategies
- continuously deepen your understanding of the engineering and technical talent market, as well as sourcing trends
We expect that you:
- have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in a recruitment agency would be considered as an advantage
- have independently carried out active candidate sourcing across different search channels
- are able to identify and attract potential candidates, while maintaining a professional relationship with them
- are motivated to develop expertise in engineering and technical recruitment
- communicate smoothly with candidates and clients and are able to manage expectations effectively
- have English language skills at no lower than B2 level
- are punctual, responsible, structured, persistent and result-oriented
