We are seeking an experienced reward professional to lead how our people are paid and recognized. You will own the pay and benefits agenda end to end, from market analysis to policy design, building a reward system that is fair and competitive, keeps people motivated and committed, and supports the organization’s strategic goals.
What you will do
- Further develop and refine the company’s reward strategy
- Strengthen reward and recognition practices that help attract, engage and retain talent
- Run market pay comparisons and use salary data to keep pay levels competitive
- Design, update and document pay structures, grading and reward policies
- Coordinate the annual pay review cycle, bonus schemes and other incentive plans
- Manage the benefits offering and keep it relevant to employees and the market
- Build reporting on reward KPIs, working closely with HR and Finance colleagues
- Spot improvement opportunities in the data and drive the resulting changes
- Make sure reward practices meet internal rules and legal requirements
What you bring
- A university degree
- 3+ years in a reward, pay or benefits role
- A strategic mindset and a structured approach to solving problems
- Strong analytical skills and confidence turning numbers into clear recommendations
- Good planning and communication skills
- Ability to handle several complex projects and processes at once
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian and international employment legislation
- English at B2 level or above, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with a job evaluation or grading methodology
- Experience implementing or preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
