UX/UI Designer

Our client – SameSystem – a globally expanded market leader who offers Retail Workforce Management Solution made for retailers – by retailers.

SameSystem enables retailers to plan, adapt and optimize the workforce efficiently. The solution delivers perfect synergies between its planning and budgeting tools. With accurate estimates for every hour of the day, stores will increase sales, while lowering salary costs.

Now we are looking for UX/UI Designer to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities:

● Prototype and design amazing customer journeys.

● Collaborate with product owners/subject matter experts/internal product experts when creating logic of the new features both online and in live meetings.

● Work with the UX chapter, get and deliver feedback.

● Align with back and front-end engineers to ship world class solution.

● Initiate data collection, analyze it, and work from it.

● Research retail and restaurant industries.

● Contribute to and maintain design system.

● Help your squad and chapter members.

● Take part in shaping the direction for your squad team.

Requirements:

● You are a skilful product designer with a good grip on design patterns and best practices within the SaaS environment.
