About the role
BetGames is looking for a talented, creative UX/UI Designer with game design experience and strong visual design skills to join our growing design team.
You will design intuitive, visually engaging game interfaces and contribute to the continuous improvement of our gaming products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers and other stakeholders to create cohesive player experiences that balance user needs, business goals and technical requirements.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, clearly explain design decisions, and use both established design methods and AI-powered tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the design process.

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for digital gaming products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready UI designs
- Develop and improve game mechanics, interactions and player journeys from a UX perspective
- Produce illustrations, visual assets and supporting graphics for game interfaces and marketing materials
- Identify usability issues and propose evidence-based design improvements
- Apply user-centered design principles while considering business, technical and regulatory requirements
- Use AI tools to support research, ideation, visual exploration, prototyping and design production
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Present design concepts and clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions
- Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to shared design standards and systems
- Review implemented solutions and collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality delivery
Our expectations
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or in a related role
- Hands-on experience designing digital games, gaming products or interactive entertainment experiences
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered design tools and experience integrating AI into design workflows
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A solid understanding of usability, interaction design, user-centered design and web standards
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and polished user interfaces
- Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail — we are looking for a true eagle eye
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced product development environment
- The ability to present your work and confidently explain design decisions to different stakeholders
- A professional or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design or another relevant field
- Strong communication, collaboration and ownership skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI and game design work
We would also appreciate
- Experience creating illustrations and graphic design assets
- Experience working in the iGaming, casino, betting or entertainment industry
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility and localisation
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience using analytics, user feedback or research insights to inform design decisions
