Job description
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a standard schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, based at our Vilnius office. The role is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension and transition to a permanent position. The gross monthly salary is 2000 EUR.
The areas of responsibility will include:
Processing VISA applications and data entry
Collection and scrutiny of documents and passports at the Application Centre
Handover of Passports to the specific High Commission and/or its consulates.
Handover of passports to Courier/Applicants
Handling of postal applications
Handling customer queries in person, by email and on the telephone
Fee collection and cash handling
Preparing reports for day-to-day transactions.

Requirements
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
A good attention to accuracy and detail
