Responsibilities:
- Oversee how AI tools are adopted across the company — make sure the tools we introduce are actually used, and help teams get started with them.
- Be the support person for everyone using Claude: answer questions, help set up projects and workflows, and solve problems as they come up. If we move to our own internal platform, do the same for it.
- Help run company-wide AI trainings and give individual consultations to colleagues who need hands-on help.
- Collect feedback from users, notice what people keep struggling with, and bring those needs back to the team.
- Take part in bringing in third-party AI tools: arrange demos with vendors, prepare the questions from our side, and compare the options.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of a chosen tool — coordinate between the vendor and our teams, and make sure it fits the way we actually work.
- Take part in testing and piloting a new tool with a real team before it is rolled out to everyone.
- Manage our internal AI tool projects from first idea to launch, independently.
- Gather and clarify requirements from the team that requested the tool.
- Write clear tasks and user stories, and keep the backlog in Jira.
- Agree scope and deadlines, coordinate with our developers, and keep the work moving.
- Keep stakeholders informed, and flag risks and delays early.
- Organize testing with real users and collect their feedback before launch.
- Handle the rollout: access, instructions and a short training session.
- Document what was built, and check afterwards whether it is being used.
Requirements:
- You use AI tools daily and have built something with them yourself — a custom assistant, a Claude project, an automation. You understand on a basic level how LLMs and agents work.
- Experience managing projects, or a clear wish to grow into it: planning, deadlines, keeping people on track.
- Confident with Jira or a similar tool for tasks and backlogs.
- Comfortable working with vendors: running a demo call, asking the right questions and following up until you get answers.
- Able to explain technical things simply and patiently to non-technical colleagues.
- Comfortable teaching - both in front of a room and sitting down with one colleague.
- Good written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
