Job description
We need assistant manager to help with ongoing construction projects in and around Kaunas. The responsibilities will include
- Registration of construction documentation;
- Communication with state and municipal services of Lithuania;
- Interaction with subcontractors and suppliers of materials within the project;
- Drawing up a work plan and monitoring compliance with deadlines;
- Preparation of reports for the general contractor in Lithuania.
Requirements
- Higher (possibly incomplete) education in the field of civil engineering;
- Computer skills at a good level – MS Office, AutoCad;
- High sense of responsibility for the quality of the work performed;
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Knowledge of Russian or Latvian would be an advantage
- Part-time employment is possible;
- Hybrid work is possible.
