Claims Administration Specialist

About the role

As a Logistics Cargo Claims Specialist, you will work with international cargo cases and help solve issues when shipments are lost, damaged, or delayed. You’ll cooperate with teams like Customer Care, Transport, Planning, and Legal, look for solutions, talk with different partners, and help keep our operations running smoothly. Your goal will reduce losses, and make sure problems are handled quickly and clearly.


What you will do:

• Handle cases where cargo gets damaged, lost, loaded or delivered late.
• Look into what happened and why.
• Analyze documents, collect information, and understand situations.
• Work together with colleagues, insurers, experts, and international institutions.
• Make decisions on claims: accept, reject, or partially compensate.
• Apply international transport regulations (CMR Convention).

What we expect from you:

• Strong English skills (other languages are a bonus).
• Quick thinking, attention to detail, and ability to understand information easily.
• Clear communication and ability to write formal letters.
• Ability to work in a fastchanging environment.
• Experience handling claims (logistics or insurance experience is a big plus).
• Higher education (legal education – an advantage)
• Good time management and focus on finding solutions "how" instead of saying "no".

Base monthly salary: From 1930 to 2420 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role
