Customer Service Quality Assurance specialist I Networking Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Quality Assurance specialist to join our Support team in Kaunas. In this role, you will help us establish, maintain, and continuously improve global customer service standards within the IoT sector, ensuring consistent service quality across rapidly growing team and product portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate Customer service quality across all support channels.
• Analyze quality review data and prepare actionable reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and prepare and conduct coaching and training sessions for team leads and engineers.
• Calibrate quality standards across teams and ensure their consistent application.
• Work closely with team leads, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to established processes and quality standards.
• Maintain and continuously improve customer service processes, QA requirements, and evaluation methods.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consisted QA standards across Teltonika offices.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality standards and best practices.

What we expect of you:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Monitoring, or Customer Service Quality role.
• A good understanding of customer-centric service principles.
• An understanding of business needs and the impact high-quality customer service has on business performance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to provide clear, constructive, and balanced feedback.
• A genuine interest in coaching and helping others develop.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• In-depth knowledge of Teltonika Networks products would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~2505 Eur—3840 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
