Join Venipak's Marketing team and play a key role in leading the digital marketing efforts and social media strategy for the Baltic region, focusing on promoting the company’s digital products and enhancing brand visibility across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, other). You'll work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams or partners, leveraging your analytical, strategic, and creative expertise to ensure that digital products meet market needs while driving customer engagement and loyalty through effective online campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Take a hands-on role in developing and executing marketing activities across key markets, working directly with local market needs, opportunities, and priorities.
- Actively drive market-specific initiatives and campaigns – from identifying opportunities and developing plans to execution and performance evaluation.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee and actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and local market teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketing technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with teams across all marketing projects.
- Build a strong culture and values based on ambition, collaboration, and trust.
What do we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful marketing leadership position (experience in international company would be an advantage);
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovative marketing campaign;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes;
- Be responsible, proactive, creative, able to work in dynamic, fast evolving environment with a positive “can – do” attitude;
- Fluent English's skills.
