IT Application Support Intern

Your job:

• Provide support and troubleshoot SAP, SAP CRM, and SAP C4C issues
• Perform data validation and comparisons to ensure accuracy
• Analyze reports and investigate system and data discrepancies
• Manage user access rights and document solutions
• Handle IT tickets and support global users in resolving issues

Your qualification:

• Studying or recently graduated in IT Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT systems and application support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Familiarity with programming or code analysis is a plus
