What you'll do

• Provide qualified IT support to users regarding technical or software usage issues
• Resolve second-level problems within the scope of competence
• Resolve and manage IT issues and inquiries, fulfill orders
• Prepare, configure, and set up new computer workstations
• Create system access permissions
• Increase Helpdesk efficiency and expand the knowledge base
• Monitor and control IT systems continuously

About you

• Higher education degree in IT (or related field)
• Work experience in an IT Helpdesk / Service Desk
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher level)
• Strong communication skills, ability to resolve issues quickly, and stress tolerance
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management process is an advantage
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of retail processes and technologies is an advantage
