What you'll do

• Analysis of sales results, market trends, and competitors
  
• Development, control, and optimization of category pricing
  
• Ensuring agreed product quality standards
  
• Market monitoring and analysis
  
• Assortment analysis and product group benchmarking
  
• Establishing, maintaining, and developing supplier relationships
  
• Communication with internal and external partners
  

About you

• University degree
  
• Experience in Purchasing field​
  
• Excellent Lithuanian, English skills; German/Latvian/Estonian language is an advantage​
  
• Knowledge and skills in Google Workspace
  
• Commercial mindset with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and market competitiveness​
  
• Ability to evaluate data, draw conclusions, and present them to internal business partners​
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail​
  
• Ability to make prompt and independent decisions and justify them​
  
• B-category Driving license; willingness to go on business trips
