ABOUT THE POSITION

The Junior Recruiter role at BURGA is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience, immersing yourself in the vibrant, fast-moving world of BURGA. You’ll learn the ropes of cold calling, sharpen your proactive sourcing skills, and play an active part in a high‑volume recruitment project that keeps our manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Your Role: you’ll work closely with the BURGA Talent Acquisition team to implement creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for high-volume manufacturing hires.

We would offer a fixed-term agreement for a period of six months.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Focus on hiring for our Manufacturing department, building strong pipelines for the Black Friday period
• Use cold calling and proactive outreach to connect with potential candidates who might not be actively looking
• Drive and support bulk recruitment initiatives for a large-scale hiring project
• Utilize our internal talent pools, various external platforms, and networks
• Create a smooth, engaging, and inspiring journey for every candidate you interact with

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Eagerness to learn
• Confidence and persistence in reaching out to passive candidates
• Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian
• The ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, telesales, or a similar role would be a great benefit

SALARY: 1455 EUR/Month GROSS.
