SUMMARY
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support creating promotional campaigns while managing the company’s marketing inventory, coordinating official events and internal communication. Your role shapes the company's brand image and drives marketing strategies to meet business objectives. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Develop and implement monthly social media campaigns aligned with the employer branding strategy.
- Create and publish engaging content that promotes INTUS as an employer of choice and increases audience interaction.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and internal initiatives in Lithuania.
- Plan and organize internal events and activities that strengthen company culture and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns supporting HR recruitment initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular insights and improvement recommendations for employer branding strategy.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and internal teams to align messaging across internal communication channels such as People Hub and newsletters.
- Manage the production and distribution of the monthly internal newsletter.
- Maintain marketing inventory including collateral material and product samples.
- Support the organization of customer visits and events at the factory.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, successes, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Assist with additional communication and branding initiatives as needed.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging digital content including social media posts, photography, and video content.
- Experience analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with HR, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Creativity in developing initiatives that strengthen company culture and employer brand visibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail in maintaining consistent brand messaging and communication standards.
- Understanding of branding and storytelling principles.
WEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, communications or employer branding roles is considered an advantage.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
