What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and external communication strategies that align with the company's brand values and business objectives
  
• Craft compelling press releases and other communication materials that effectively convey our brand message
  
• Plan and execute press events and other promotional activities that engage the media and the public
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and internal teams to ensure a unified, consistent brand voice across all channels
  
• Track and analyze media coverage and public perception of the brand
  
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management
  

About you

• Higher education in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or in a related field
  
• At least 3 years of experience in public relations, external communications, or a similar role
  
• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills
  
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, as well as creative approach to tasks
  
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in public relations,media, and communication
  
• Analytical mindset, proactive and self-confident personality who easily adapts to changes and fast-paced environment
