Purchasing Specialist

We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join us at Telia.

I am Jens Zetterberg, Head of Sourcing Center of Excellence and currently, I am looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join my team of professionals. If you are a curious individual, ready to leave a lasting mark at a place where your skills will thrive – this is an opportunity for you!

What you’ll do:

• As a Purchasing Specialist, you`ll be handling operational activities (purchase requisitions validation, purchase order changes, contract coordination, catalogues implementation and follow-up, resolving tickets related to purchasing area, etc.).
• In addition, you will closely collaborate with sourcing managers, accounts payable team, and other departments to ensure seamless and smooth operations.
• You will be solving complex issues as well as driving continuous improvements to simplify daily processes.
• We expect you to be an expert in sourcing operations area and act as support to our colleagues across Nordic countries in relevant field.

Who we`re looking for

• To excel in the Purchasing Specialist role, you need to be an analytical thinker, have very high attention to details and preferably have previous experience in the field (purchasing or sourcing operations).
• Strong communication and fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are also crucial to master effective cross-country collaboration.
• We value a service-oriented team player who would consistently deliver business results on time and with high quality.
• Previous experience with Coupa system would be considered as an advantage.
• Proactive and innovative mindset toward driving and supporting process improvements are also key qualities for success in this role.
• Familiarity with SAP would be an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position 1760-2600 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
