Sales Representative

Our client MIELE - one of the world’s strongest premium home appliance brands, renowned for over 120 years for its innovation, exceptional quality, and outstanding customer experience. As the team continues to grow, we are currently inviting motivated Sales Representative to join and contribute to Miele’s ongoing success.

In this role, you will represent the Miele brand at retail partner stores, build strong relationships with store teams, ensure excellent product presentation, and contribute to increasing brand visibility and sales.

Main responsibilities:

• Visit retail partner stores across Lithuania on a daily basis;
• Ensure Miele products are available and properly represented in stores;
• Deliver product information and marketing materials to retail locations;
• Organize and conduct product trainings for retail sales staff;
• Ensure Miele product displays are attractive, visible, and aligned with brand standards;
• Monitor and maintain display quality in partner stores;
• Consult consumers visiting partner retail stores and support product sales;
• Maintain customer and retailer information and follow up on orders and deliveries;
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to address customer requests and provide solutions;

What success looks like in this role:

• Strong and consistent relationships with retail partners across Lithuania;
• Well-organized and impactful training sessions for store staff;
• Increased Miele brand visibility and high-quality product presentation in stores;
• Excellent customer experience and efficient issue resolution;
• Regular field visits and proactive territory management.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field (preferred);
• Proven experience in customer-facing, sales, retail, FMCG or similar roles;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• A proactive and confident approach with strong interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work independently;
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in an international environment;
• Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP or similar systems is considered an advantage.
