What you'll do

• Support managers: Help executives and manage their calendars.

• Organize events: Plan business meetings, events, and travel trips.

• Handle documents: Manage information and prepare presentations.

• Keep in touch: Ensure smooth communication within the team.

• Office tasks: Handle daily office work, phone calls, and emails.

About you

• Higher education degree
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google programs
• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B1 or higher)
• No prior experience is required – what matters most is your motivation to learn and grow

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Proactivity and a positive attitude toward new challenges
