- UAB „Hollister Lietuva“
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support accounting and financial transactions such as Bank Statements, AP, Travel Expenses, Intercompany, Cash Management/Treasury.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely month/year end closing tasks in accordance with applicable GAAP.
- Support cooperation with external partners: auditors, tax advisors, service providers, and banks.
- Prepare agreed financial reports for Kaunas CoE entities.
- Contribute to development of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Assist financial analysts during annual planning cycles.
- Collaborate with corporate accounting and other corporate departments.
- Support preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial metrics.
- Help define and monitor KPIs for the Kaunas CoE organization.
- Support implementation of Concur, Coupa, E‑invoicing and other financial tools.
- Act as Key User for systems such as COUPA, SAP, travel expense tools, and KPI analytics.
- Drive improvements in administrative and financial processes across business entities and Kaunas Finance.
Responsibilities:
- 2–5 years of experience in an international environment.
- At least 3 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of financial closing processes (Financial Statements, Month/Year-End).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Accounting qualification or equivalent background.
- Proven SAP experience.
- Project and change management exposure.
- Experience working in a Shared Service Center.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on, proactive working style.
- Excellent command of Business English.
- German or other European languages (French, Italian, Dutch) considered an advantage.
