We’re looking for a Sorting Technologies Project Manager to join our Operations team in Kaunas. In this role, you’ll lead sorting technology projects across Lithuania, driving operational excellence through process optimization, equipment development, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to improve sorting line performance, implement innovative solutions, and ensure our sorting operations continue to support Omniva’s growth across the Baltics.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and oversee sorting technology and operational improvement projects in Lithuania
• Lead development initiatives related to sorting lines, equipment, and processes
• Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, budgets, and implementation schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners regarding sorting equipment, maintenance, and spare parts
• Provide technical expertise and support for sorting operations and process improvements
• Organize procurement and purchasing activities related to sorting technologies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and update process documentation, quality standards, and training materials

Compensation & Growth
For this position, the gross monthly salary range is 2700-3700 EUR, depending on your experience and qualifications.
