Responsibilities:
- Manage plant supplier relationships to support continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and supply chain continuity.
- Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and escalate major issues to Global Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Quality when needed.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Quality, and Operations to ensure material specifications meet plant and supplier capabilities.
- Support Global Strategic Sourcing goals by representing plant needs and driving cost-saving initiatives through RFQs and negotiations.
- Engage corporate resources as necessary (e.g., legal, direct/indirect sourcing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational activities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of supplier development/relationship experience.
- Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems and document control tools.
- Manufacturing environment experience.
- Knowledge of Buyer/Planner and Quality functions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- CPM, CPSM, and/or APICS preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- English and Lithuanian required.
